My aunt took her truck to Mouch auto last year. He said he worked on the engine and fixed it. A few weeks later it wouldn't run right so she took it back to Mouch Auto. Once again Mouch said he fixed it. A few days later, it barely ran...then the engine wouldn't start at all. Recently she took her car there and found out that she needed a new radiator put in. She took it to Mouch and he said he fixed it. Guess what? It is leaking fluid out of it. She took it to Mouch about a motor mount....one needs to be replaced. I have told my aunt not to take her vehicles to him. I called Mouch about my aunt's car and he became extremely rude to me. I felt as if he had slapped me across the face. That's how rude he was. I wouldn't take a vehicle to him if I was paid $1000. Very rude. Not professional at all.

Called to try to find a mechanic that was a friend of my brother's and worked on his van, the person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I would take my vehicle the if they were the last auto repair shop on Oklahoma

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I brought a car in for a second opinion after receiving a very high estimate from another mechanic. Mouch himself assured me that the other estimate was outrageous and that he could fix the problem by replacing two idler pullies. A few weeks after replacing them the noise (the original problem) came back. I wasn’t able to get it back to hi. For a month or so. When I did he assured me it was a bad part and offered to warranty the part and STILL charged me to install them. A month went by and the noise was back again. So I decided not to take it back to him because he didn’t seem to know how to fix the real problem. Today I had time to deal with it finally so I called and asked him for information on the warranty and he immediately went on the defensive and started to argue with me. After demanding a receipt which I provided, he hung up on me. So I went to his shop where I calmly asked him about the part warranty for a third time again assuring him I was not trying to have him do anything to my car ever again. And he said take it to oreilys and shrugged me off. I told him he was a S*** businessman and left. He followed me out into the parking lot and started a screaming match. And even invited me to step out and “get some” at one point. Terrible mechanic, bad person, and the worst business owner I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t let him change a tire.Service: Engine repair

Good when it comes to little things. But had him work on my rear axle and had a bad attitude and shafted me for 2500$ when the work on the axle failed within 20 miles and he didn’t fix his problems. Cost me another 1k to order a rear axle in. No refunds.

This man is amazing. He was helping someone on side of road as I drove by. My hood flew open and busted my windshield. This man not only helped me to he fixed my hood. God bless him!
