I really don't want to even give it 1 star. The owner of this particular franchise was truly rude. He stated because my mom is an elderly senior that if she downloaded a certain app she would be blocking all calls not in her contact list even hospitals. He continued to lie to her about this phone app and going as far as to tell her it would cost $2-3 a month for it. I'm talking about a free app that she already had on her phone. My experience was so bad I have considered calling the BBB on him.

Not always open when the sign says they open at 10.. Sometime the customer service suck.

Everytime I go in there they are closed early! If your hours are until 7 you should be open until 7!!!

I tried several times to return a hotspot unit, everytime I went their door was locked even the sign said the business hours but were not ever open, when I finally was able to go back and it was open the owner said my window for the return was closed, and accused me of lying when I told him it was always closed, he was extremely rude to me about it. I will never go back to this location, my daughter and I need new phones and he lost my business. Very unprofessional.

How come whenever you need metro no one is there. There is no one to call or talk to when you need help with your service. Considering cancelling my service. I've been a customer since 2019

Absolutely worthless owner! He refuses to fix our phones after we switched cell phone companies and can't get dependable service! We never got fully established service and he refused to honor the Metro PCS contracts to fix our phone service. We've had intermittent service since we changed companies less than a week ago, even with multiple calls to Metro PCS customer service, and a trip to this store for help. Our son already has Metro PCS through a different city, and has NO PROBLEMS WITH SERVICE IN THE SAME HOUSE!!The owner said that we could leave two bad reviews because he isn't fixing it and he doesn't care!!!

Shekhar was very awesome along with the other guy who helped me pick out a screen for the new phone that I had got yesterday I took my LG Stylo 6 in to do a trade in and they got me hooked up with the Galaxy a32 5G they were very respectful helpful and very patient for when I had to call boost Mobile to get my account number I highly recommend whoever's looking for a cheap budget phone plan to go to this place these guys are very helpful and the prices are beyond affordable this place deserves a five-star rating and I will stick with this place for as long as I live

Parker is the best mobile expert around. He is so attentive and helpful, even when the store is really busy he stays patient and professional. Overall a wonderful experience everytime I go in, the tmobile users in stillwater are so lucky to have him. Great service I look forward to going in while he is working.
