He was so polite and kept apologizing to me because the computer took awhile to boot up even though I was the one that needed to apologize for calling him after hours. “I was visiting Stillwater for a wedding when I realized I had left a part for my CPAP machine at home. Scott Millstead the Respiratory Therapist was AWESOME, he helped me get the part I needed, took it upon himself to ask if I had my machine calibrated, which was a no. He took the time to check the pressure calibration on my machine which was needed. In addition to that, he walked me through a few things that would help me in the future with my machine.
