Gal behind desk was no help at all plus I think she was LYING. Medicare says they will help pay for wheelchair if medically needed. She told me Medicare will not pay for the wheelchair I wanted. Which by the way was the least expensive one on the floor. I was more than willing to pay my 20%. She said Medicare only wants people to rent chairs for 13 months. So if I want this chair i will save and buy it myself. And I will not be buying from Knight Medical Supply!!!!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Amazon here I come.

Best customer service experience I have ever had! James Knight, the owner, came in after hours to get me the items I needed. He even adjusted them to fit me before I left! He was so polite and kept apologizing to me because the computer took awhile to boot up even though I was the one that needed to apologize for calling him after hours. I highly recommend this locally owned business and plan to use them for any and all medical supplies in the future! Thank you Mr. Knight for all your help tonight!

We moved to Stillwater July 2019 and have used a different home medical supply place. It never felt like personal or anything but it was the closest to our house. Then last week I needed to get a wheelchair for my rad who is coming home from the hospital in a couple weeks. Knights Medical Supply was closest to were I was at at the time....and am I so happy that I went in there!!!!They were so polite that day AND the best part is I pay with my tribal Benny card. Most places have no idea what that is and sometimes enter the payment wrong and my card gets denied, which is so embarrassing! The gentleman knew EXACTLY what a Benny card was so I didn’t have to explain it. He was so helpful that first time I went back the next day to get some stuff for me and cpap supplies for my husband. The owner was there that morning and was just as helpful. He fully explained everything and made sure I knew all my options. My family will be using Knights from now on, and I’m so happy I found them randomly ??????

So thankful for Knight! We needed a scooter for my son after his surgery. We all know how much everything costs after hospital visits...box of tissue $50. That little bottle of lotion $5,000. Okay, so maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but really, we are struggling. We were originally sent to another company across town. They were going to charge us $100/month to rent the scooter that insurance wouldn't cover. Knight rented a scooter to us for $40/month. The guy was super helpful & said we could extend our rental over the phone if we needed to. I highly recommend these folks!

James and his crew provide excellent service with a large variety of medical supplies. If he doesn't have it in stock, he will get it for you promptly. Delivery and set up is quick and thorough. And friendly!

Extremely disappointed with customer service. A staff member agreed to hold an item for a family member to pick up as I was not allowed to pay over the phone (which I offered). My brother drove across town only to be informed that the items were sold. After some back and forth the employed lied about agreeing to hold the item and said he had to fill a phone order! (Remember, I was not allowed to order over the phone. )
