It is better to schedule and sit down with someone then to drop off and go. We dropped off our taxes information, and had to call to find out the status after a whole week of not hearing from someone.

Leah is very nice and knowledgeable. I dropped off my tax papers and she called when it was time to sign. She went over everything and even gave me information that could get me a bigger return for next year. I normally do my own taxes but started using Jackson Hewitt last year and I am so glad I did.

I ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend Jackson Hewit to get your taxes done. I went to two other places in Stillwater and no one helped me or walked me through what it meant to be a victim of identity theft. Ms. Melanie pit in envelopes the form I needed to get my IP PIN, she helped me paper file, and ACTUALLY filed my taxes correctly and explained each step. This will be the place I come to every year!! Thank you so much for such an amazing and humaninzing visit!!
