Do not take your tv’s if y plan on getting them back they will not come back the same way the were taking there I took my tv completely setup and came back to a tv that was reset and won’t update

Bought a rifle with the impression it was in working order. Got it home & it wasn’t. When I took it back to see if they would make it right with me. I was told they could buy it back for a lesser price. Which would have left me loosing several hundred dollars & nothing to show for it.

So usually they give you a "courtesy" call about your product wjen its about to be overdue... Well I guess they don't do that anymore. So if you have product there check on your stuff. It might be sold already...It's crazy cause I've been a loyal ez pawn customer since 06. And now all of a sudden Billy (manager) doesn't/cant/won't give courtesy calls...Guess they were tired of collecting microwaves and old shoes. Needless to say I won't be back. And I have references of other people he's done this to...

I came in a couple months ago to pawn a nice rifle, upon pickup a few days later there was a small scratch in the stock. I was fully aware that I signed a paper not holding them liable at the time I pawned it. However the manager (Billy I think) immediately asked what he could do to make me feel better. Long story short I left with two guns and smile. Needless to say I’ll be a returning customer.There was a younger guy working the gun counter that was helpful as well, can’t remember his name though.

Stillwater EZPAWN is the best pawn shop I have ever been to. And i have been to a lot of them. They take pride in there job and there store. The customer service is amazing, even when they are supper busy. I was in a bind and I brought some stuff in just to get bills paid. They seen what I had, asked what I needed and got right on it. They couldn't give all I wanted but it was supper close after they working there magic for an honest man. Anyways, I went back today to get my stuff back. Once again it was awsome. Good conversation my stuff was in good shape. Hell they even gave my good deals on the stuff I bought from them. Big shout out to Billy and Don, two great individuals. ?

I went in there bought a game console I told them to test it they didn't I got home I came an hour almost for the console and it didn't freaking work when I tried to play it!!

Do not do business here.... Called yesterday and was told I could come pick up my items or put them in layaway. Called today and told different story and that they sold them . This place is Not Truthful and Dishonest. Rip Off.... Will explain more when calmed.
