“I sent in a broken laptop through Square Trade's repair program. The staff at The Repair Depot responded amazingly (almost suspiciously) quickly and I had my laptop back within a week. The repair turnaround was fast, the laptop is functioning perfectly, and customer service was attentive. Square Trade would not let me know what was wrong with the computer (and actually told me there was no way to get that information), so I contacted The Repair Depot directly. Even though my request went to sales, they tracked down my repair order and let me know exactly what the problem had been. Which was notable on its own, but also made the work they did to fix it even more impressive in the time frame. I don’t live in Oklahoma, but if I did there is exactly ONE place I would go for computer sales and service. The Repair Depot.”
“I walked in to see if they could pull a SIM card out of my business router. He worked on it for a few minutes and got it out.
