“I went in to return my modem as I switched providers and no longer was with T-Mobile, and was helped by Jackson Cook. There were some issues with my previous bill and Jackson was kind, thorough, and the most professional experience I’ve ever had with T-Mobile; even despite the fact I was no longer a customer. Give this man a raise. I have had mostly negative interactions with this company, but Jackson was most certainly the exception.”

They were helpful and knowledgeable regarding the ph that would best suite his needs. JD even went as far as to tell us that it was not about making commission but making sure our needs are being met (ie.storage and speed. Great service and place to get a phone.”

“Nice store. The sales rep... Tristan I believe was his name. He was phenomenal. I needed two CD boom boxes. One was on shelf, he went out back and brought us one more...Up and beyond if you ask me...you don't find that kind of help in any store.
I will be back,we live in Guthrie and store is in Stillwater...45 miles away but we'll go back cause of the treatment he showed us.
