I was driving through Oklahoma today (9/3/2024) on my way back to Dallas. I had noticed my tire had only 10 pounds in it when I left that morning. I put air in it, but I stopped at the first tire shop that I found open.
I am happy that I stopped here. The staff was very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions and checked my tire for me. They had me back on the road for the rest of my 260 miles with no issues. I arrived home safe. Thank you for being the friendly tire shop that I found this morning. I have already recommended you to my sister who lives in Enid for the next time she needs tires.

This was maybe the best car repair experience I've had in the last 20 years.
So my tire was going flat late this afternoon. I called and asked if I could buy just one tire, because I don't really have the money to buy a new set of four tires right now. He understood and said they'd try to fix the existing tire first, so I might not have to buy any new tires. This sounded great to me, so I drove over right away. They almost immediately got to work on my car. And here's where the good experience gets great...
The guys inspect my other tires for me and found where a brake caliper bolt had fallen out on my back tire. I had new brake pads put on by Meineke the week before and apparently the tech at Meineke didn't properly secure one of the bolts. Or however it happened, the bolt was missing and the caliper was flopping around, etching the rotor. The guys wisely suggested I document it with a photo, which I did.
I then called Meineke about it and they admitted a 'rookie tech' at their shop had done the work. They took responsibility and told me to bring it in ASAP...we'll see how all that goes tomorrow. (might have to do another review for them). But if I hadn't taken my car to these guys in Stillwater, that flopping brake caliper might have caused a serious accident, potentially locking up the wheel. This doesn't even count the damage it had already done to my rotor.
I can't thank these guys enough. Oh, and they did fix my existing tire, so I didn't have to buy a new one. You don't see a lot of places that go out of their way to save you money anymore. When I do eventually need that new set of tires, I'll be back.

Brought my car in for an alignment and their staff diagnosed some additional issues with struts and tie rods. After repairs and alignment things are much better. Big shoutout to Dillon. He was amazing!

We had purchased 4 tires for our Honda CRV about 6 months ago and had an issue with the quality of the tires. When we brought it in, the store manager Ronnie was extremely gracious and helpful and swapped out the tires for brand new tires and made sure that the car would be safe for us to drive long distance. We really appreciated the customer service and helpful nature of Ronnie and his service folks. We would come back here any day. Thank you Ronnie.

I just recently got some work done here and 5 stars! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! I stopped in for service on Wednesday and they were able to take care of everything by the next day! I just recently moved back to town from out of state and I think is going to be my go two tire shop!

Great price on tires for all 3 vehicles. We also recently had the wheel hub and half shaft break while driving and they took care of it quickly as well as the struts and other issues found. Love the customer service guys and the awesome service guys for fixing everything quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!
