The reviews I see here are very confusing to me because my experiences have not been all too good. I wanted my old wedding ring fixed up. It was a simple ring we had made from combining the simple bands from our grandmother’s rings. A couple of tiny chip stones fell out from the center band and I wanted them replaced so the ring could look nice again. The chips got replaced with what I hoped were the same kind and I assumed we were done. About 2 months later, a part of the replaced ring has gone. I don’t where to go or who to go to for jewelry repair anymore. I just don’t trust them anymore. Help?

Fantastic prices, even better work!I initially took my ring to Huntington’s for an estimate on resizing, and they quoted me $800 to send it off and size it up. I couldn’t believe it.I took my ring into Denis, expecting a quote of about half of Huntington’s. My jaw hit the floor when they told me it would only cost me $250! Not only did these fine folks take my ring up two sizes, solder it together MUCH better than before, AND tighten all my prongs, but they also had it done the same day I took it in! I’m so incredibly happy with my experience here, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Stopped in after breaking my watch while making a delivery in Stillwater today. Everyone was very kind and had me fixed up in no time at all. Very highly recommend these guys!

True, no-pressure shopping! We purchased our wedding rings here and Denis was super helpful in helping us decide between different sizes - he ordered in 3 different diamonds for us to compare before buying. 2 of my brothers-in-law purchased wedding rings here as well and my mother-in-law had Denis rework her original ring into a new setting with a new center stone.

After having my wedding ring sized down at another jeweler in town, it came back damaged, with a significant amount of the band thinned to the cracking point. I had heard excellent reviews about Denis, and brought my ring to them for the repair. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring about me as a customer, and not just another sale. Much sooner than expected, I got a call that my ring was done, and I was beyond thrilled to see it beautiful again, in perfect condition, looking just as grand as the day I said yes!Thank you Denis the jeweler, I am so pleased, and won't be taking my jewelry to another shop again! Thanks for getting it back to me so quickly!

Just moved to Stillwater, OK. Coach watch stopped and this was my work watch. I was riding down McElroy and seen the sign on the gate on the corner at Perkins Rd decided to check this spot out. I needed a quick Battery. I waited due to Mr Denis helping someone before me. A nice couple let him take care of me first. I was up and running within a few minutes. They were real friendly and helpful and repaired my necklace quickly and a great job. And was very thoughtful in explaining that my necklace was wore out and would break again real easily. Which I am glad to be informed of being I wear a 2.5 carat diamond on it. Thanks guys!
