It was my first time that I used photo printing services of CVS. I used the online portal to upload my photos threre and make some minor edits on the photo. I had used same day pickup and even it was late evening and my order was supposed to be prepared tomorrow, surprisingly I got a text message that my order is ready ?. The staff there were super nice and friendly.

Pharmacist was would and very unhelp to my husband when filling his prescription. When the Dr. office called with a copay card to attempt to help with the cost of said medicine, she very rudely told them she guessed she could run the copay card but it probably would be pointless. The nurse insisted they run the card and it did make the cost of the medicine much more affordable. The pharmacist then proceeded to say they dont even carry that branded medicine in stock and they would have to order it. If we could get around using Stillwater CVS we would, unfortunately his insurance requires we use CVS. If you can avoid this place I highly recommend you do!

Never use CVS. Their pharmacist put my Husband's life at Risk!! No Joke, not exaggerating. We had confirmed via phone snd text from CVS the prescription could be filled. A floating pharmacist denied filling his monthly chronic pain medication because he did not think it was in compliance with Pain Management contract that he nor CVS are a party to, have never read and have no legal standing to enforce. And this decision also made without any knowledge of my husband's other serious health conditions. The prescription was due based upon time and insurance would cover. That is the extent and limit of his and CVS control. Manager said pharmacy not within his control. This pharmacist's decision was made frivolously and without legal or health related basis. The risks of sudden withdrawal can be fatal especially in s heart patient. I have written CVS corporate thru my lawyer, so maybe they will actually read it. Will never step foot in a CVS again. Walgreens all the way!!!

Beware of visiting this place. In picking up my prescription in the drive-thru Mary was very rude. In asking for her name she decided to spell it for me. Jacob who was working with her mocked me after an argument pursued between her and I. The pharmacist Jill never attempted to get her employees under control instead she refused to understand the fact that I am a customer and that her employees are unprofessional. Jill threatened to call the police on me all the while my 8 year old son watched the whole incident occur. This is how black people get railroad. I told my son to NEVER forget the disrespect and the unprofessionalism of them people at CVS. This particular store is in a small town in which I am sure that they are comfortable with treating customers any kind of way, but what they fail to understand is that I will go out of my way to do business with a professional reputable company before I am ever disrespected or threatened with law enforcement by rude employees. Again customer beware especially if you’re a minority.

Stefanie went above and beyond when helping me. She was calm and friendly when I was super stressed out. Her attention to detail and customer service confirms that the Stillwater CVS is the place to be. 5 stars because 6 was not an option.

Evidently UPS packages are delivered to CVS after attempted home deliveries. I called to arrange a pick up, and was on hold for 7.5 minutes. I asked if when I come to pick up the package, I could just go to the drive through window. She said no. I asked if someone could bring it out to me when I arrived. She said no. I told her I was a high risk person for the COVID, but that didn’t change a thing; she still said I’d have to come in. Not very accommodating and I’m not very happy.

CVS Hall of Fame location frequently offers customers a malfunctioning coupon kiosk. Coupons motivate customers to shop CVS versus other local competitors. However, this store’s coupon kiosk is out of service more often than not. In the last three visits we have made to the Hall of Fame store in the last 21 days, the machine has been out of service each time with no explanation of solution by service staff. So much for CVS offering coupons that cannot be printed and used!

I went to the cvs today to print off a PDF file. 3 page letter that I needed 3 copies of. The website and Google said they had the capability to do this. The person who ran the printer said they couldn't do it. I showed him the website. The manager came and did the same. I even asked how is it they printed off documents for the store. Nooo couldn't do that either. They wanted me to pay for 8x10. Lol. Pitiful

if your trying to apply at this store location, pass on it seriously, its a terrible place to work between the seriously lack of training by training i mean none, and the last store manager that was running the place ran in to it the ground was basically fired for doing things that wasn't policy slush fund in place or doing training for associates the list can go on, tons of food items are expired especially vendor items like soda are expired by 2yrs i was basically told to put it back on the self and it was the vendor job to pull it which was a joke, pulling expired food by the baskets, the promise of full time hours as well is a joke meaning during the slow months basically you get 20-25hrs or less deepening on the "budget" as a full time manager and that is their full time even tho i was promise 35-40 transferring in. a hostile work environment and retaliation are things that go on in the store so watch your P.s Q,s

Been here on travel and prescription was ready within minutes of being sent over by doctor! Usually I have to invent some errands to do with our home CVS in busy Austin.
