Great place. My kids go to the youth strength and conditioning class. They love Adam and the workouts. Adam has made a noticeable difference in my kids attitude and understanding of the importance of physical activity. I recommend CS&C to any family looking for a fitness home.

Adam (the owner) has created an amazing atmosphere in CrossFit Stillwater. Everyone in his gym is very welcoming and helpful to those that have little to no CrossFit experience. This gym is perfect for all fitness levels and I would recommend it to anyone. This is the best gym in Stillwater.
