The repair turnaround was fast, the laptop is functioning perfectly, and customer service was attentive. Square Trade would not let me know what was wrong with the computer (and actually told me there was no way to get that information), so I contacted The Repair Depot directly. Even though my request went to sales, they tracked down my repair order and let me know exactly what the problem had been. Which was notable on its own, but also made the work they did to fix it even more impressive in the time frame.
