The car wash damaged my car. One of the spinners on the driver's side came too close to the car as it was going around the back and scratched up the rear bumper. Claims department says "damage inconsistent with how the car wash works." I would avoid this car wash at all costs.

How a company responds when something goes wrong is the true mark of customer service. Club Car Wash takes no accountability for their service. Our car (a year old) was most definitely scratched on a visit to Club Car Wash in Stillwater, OK. We reported it right away and were told by a “claims adjuster” that their equipment does not scratch vehicles and she most (not) helpfully sent us videos on how their equipment works. Excuse me - your equipment did leave the scratches on our vehicle and you can kiss this customer good-bye by the way you handled this situation.

NOTE/UPDATE: a very nice woman from the Corporate office contacted me on 11/02/23. She asked me some clarification questions and they reviewed video footage and determined the gift card was stolen from me. They’re reissuing me a new gift card. Club car wash made it right. I changed the review to 4 stars and I re-signed my car back on their membership because of their actions.The ONLY reason they get two stars is because of the staff that actually work at the car washes are nice and professional.Their Corporate people... That's another story. I called back in August 2023 because I had unused monthly memberships and they mailed me a gift card. I never received the gift card. I called them and they said they would make a note and reach out to me about cancelling the gift card and reissuing me another one. I don't receive any voicemail and I call back around Sept 5th and they tell me that they see a note that the gift card re-issued and mailed to me on Sept 4th. I'm like... cool. I should get it within a couple weeks. I call on Oct 24th inquiring because I still have received no gift card. They tell me they'll make a note and have someone call me. Today I get a call from Naseem from Club Carwash. She tells me that on Sept 4th, she tried to call me twice, however, the line disconnected. She then proceeds to tell me that her employee made a mistake by telling me on Sept 5th that a new gift card was mailed and that it had not yet been re-issued because she (Naseem) wanted to make sure with me that I never got a gift card (Even though I already called stating I never got it and she had information on her end showing the gift card had not yet been activated). She then tells me that she left no voicemail because the two calls disconnected and anymore calls to me would be considered excessive on her end so she made no more attempts to contact me. So basically thank goodness I reached out now when I did or I would have never heard from them again. What's worse is that Naseem then tells me she will not be issuing me another gift card because now the gift card has been used. She said the gift card was used on Sept 15th. If they would have just listened to me originally... the gift card could have been canceled and re-issued but since they decided not to cancel it, and because they made no additional calls (because its "excessive") to reach out to me and because the employee incorrectly told me the new gift card had been shipped, she makes the decision to tell me that she will not re-issue a new gift card to me. Then has the audacity to tell me that the gift card was used the same day that I brought my Lincoln in for wash (My Lincoln was already on a membership). It was like she was accusing me of the possibility that I brought my car in and then brought another car in to be washed. The fact that this was even said to me when I was trying to get the gift card canceled well before the gift was ever used is baffling. I was going to sign my other vehicle up and have two cars on their membership. Because of this, I canceled my Lincoln membership with her on the phone and she didn't even hesitate. She didn't care that she lost a customer that would have had two vehicles on the account. I'm not sure if this is a bad company or just a bad employee but it seems like there is no resolution here and because of that it seems another company will receive my business.Service: Auto detailing

If I’m being honest, this is one of the best car wash places I have been too! The equipment, prices, services, and people are great! Don’t be afraid to ask questions, they are kind! Best car wash in Stillwater!

I am a professional driver with 16 years and 700,00 miles driving experience over the years.I have used facilities in several different cities and states.This particular car was not only met but exceeded my expectations!Free detailing towels and window spray cleaner as well for the customers’ use!ALSO many trash cans, and a CLEAN restroom for the customers to use!Very courteous staff! Reasonable prices and also quick but quality service!They have won me over!This is the BEST car wash in town in my humble opinion m!

This place has come a long way since they changed hands. Please take advantage of the introductory deal! It only cost me ten bucks a month for 3 months. That's unlimited, my friends. Meaning, you can go there every day and get their high falootin car wash if you have the urge! You can cancel at any time.

Wonderful! There are now a number of $40 Club car washes in town. I have tried 2. Your's is the best by far. At the top of your offerings is the pre-wash spraying. That makes a big difference in a total wash. I will continue to try the other offerings before deciding on the $40 option. Most of the other wash options are standard fare and not worth sorting through for my decision making.
