“From the time I walked into the facility. I was greeted with respect and great customer service with a smile. Jack was the best . I was unaware you couldn't use a certain card I had. So I needed to go to the bank and put the money on another card to hold the rental. He allowed for his assistant to accommodate me and take care of the little issue. Mission accomplished. Car rented.
