Service your vehicles with these guys if you like headaches. Their customer service is terrible, they're rude, and genuinely do not care to help.Getting in touch with them regarding picking up my vehicle multiple times after service, I would call, ask for service, and be placed on hold for 15+ minutes. It's amazing how fast they answer though when you hang up, call again, and ask for sales.We own two ford vehicles and have always taken them to Ford dealerships to have them serviced. We live in Stillwater so the natural thing would be to service vehicles in the town you live in, which we won't be doing anymore. Repeatedly, they want to upcharge you for services.Recently one of our vehicles had a lag on the throttle, I took it into them to see if it was a fuel pump or electronic issue. They claimed they had been driving it for a week to find the problem, couldn't feel the issue, but that they would be keeping the car til they witnessed the issue. After days of no responses and no update, after calling multiple times, I showed up and got my car back. I then took it to another Ford dealer, who hopped in it, immediately felt the issue, found out it was two sensors on the throttle that weren't delivering fuel at the right time, and they fixed it in 2 days. Long story short, these guys do not want to solve solutions, only up charge you for other things.

Took car in for service as there was a clicking noise under my car. I live in Colorado Springs and needed to travel between ice and fog.The took my car in at 7:30 am and had it repaired and out by 11:00 am same day! Amazing service! They even went above and beyond to find the brake kit at another vendor to get me on the road.Jim Crider was the Service Advisor and Tanner Brown was the Service Tech! 5 Star A+ Gold Medal!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Bill Knight Ford in Stillwater. I ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick that rolled into a 2024 order due to supply chain issues. When my vehicle was finally ready, I made an appointment for pickup, and I was in-and-out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. Ryan, Richard, and Tom all helped me throughout the process. Thanks!

I took my 2016 Ford F150 to Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater after a check engine light. Jacob Fortune was my service advisor and was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions, as well as explained and communicated the process with me during the whole time my truck was with them. Jacob was great, with top notch customer service. He even arranged to have my truck delivered to me after it was fixed. Cale Lozier was the Tech that worked on my truck and got it fixed and running great again. He did great work and had it fixed quickly. I will use and recommend the service department at Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater in the future.

This was my first experience buying from a dealership. Michael was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about my new Ranger.Tom in finance was excellent at explaining the extra services I didn’t think I needed. These extra services completely change my perspective on vehicle ownership.I am overly happy with my purchase and will be returning again next time I need a new vehicle.

After 3 calls and a text to service (with no response) I drove to the service department to get the status of a simple oil change. With an appointment it was 5 hours with no communication from the service representative. Not much on customer service. The car was supposed to have the "Works" package, where the tires are rotated and air pressure checked. The low pressure light came on 3 days later only to find out all four tires were 8 psi under inflated. In the 5 years I have owned this car I have never had this problem. It was only after being serviced at the Ford Dealership in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Blaine and Andy were great to work with! My new car purchase could not have been easier, I got more for my trade-in than I was expecting and they were able to find the right vehicle for my needs. My wife and I were on our way home from a 5 week business/vacay trip. We were about to unload some of our F-150 in Tulsa and discovered a loose piece of ratchet material lodged in the tailgate mechanism. The tailgate wouldn't open and the only opening into the camper top was by lifting a small back window. We were really in a bad way!!I called Knight Ford and spoke to the service manager Josh Logan about our problem. He was incredibly friendly on the phone and said to bring in the truck and he would have his techs see what could be done, so we could continue our trip home. All this on a Saturday morning.I don't get this kind of service and understanding from most companies I deal with. I wish Knight Ford were in my city because our one experience with them was fantastic and caring. Thank you Josh Logan and Bill Knight Ford!

I was not at all happy with Fords service on 7/22/23. My appointment was at noon for an oil change and it was almost 2pm when I left the dealership. The charge was going to be TWICE what I normally pay for this service even though I had presented a mailed Ford coupon (expired end of August) for $64.95. The front desk service representative (Jacob Fortune) checked with the technician 2-3 times about the price to no avail. The excuses for the doubled cost were that my oil price increased. Then the explanation was that the coupon stated synthetic oil and Ford change the oil that my car requires (what, after 10 years??). He tried to call his manager twice who did not respond to the phone call.This whole incident was so very frustrating to me, the service representative (Jacob) and to the poor customers (2-3) behind me in line. Bill Knight Ford needs to get their act together and provide superior service and not the run around. I am so displeased with Ford right now that I doubt that I will return.From my perspective this whole incident did not need to happen had there been adequate personnel to take care of what seemed to be an overbooked Saturday, a manager available to address issues and a better communication stream.Please do not get me wrong, Jacob Fortune was excellent and in the end found a solution. He was very pleasant even under stress with absolutely little or no support. Another young man, Javon was also very pleasant and visited with me for a bit in the sales waiting area.

Jacob in the service department for Bill Knight if Stillwater was amazing to work with! The vehicle was picked up from my home on a Monday morning was told would be done by end of week....he was speedy with getting work order in and parts ordered vehicle was ready by Tuesday evening! Shout out to him and his coworkers for their speedy service and excellent customer service I could not be happier and won't be using any other service department but this one!
