2/5, car was up here for a week and they couldn’t figure out the issue so said I could come get it. I come and get it and it literally won’t start so they said they obviously have to keep it, fast forward another 4 days they tell me they can’t figure out what’s wrong so I can come get it. Then when I come to get it they have lost my keys and don’t know where my file is so obviously they can’t give me my car and are now sending me home with an Uber and still no car. Everyone up there is really nice, just has been a very frustrating process

Jimmy and the crew did an excellent job in customer service taking care of all my maintenance needs with my Ford F250 truck. I feel safe hauling my show cattle knowing my truck is in the best condition possible.

We were on our way home from a long trip to Newfoundland/Labrador (Canada) when the car displayed the message “Change Oil soon.” Following our dealership (Ford Jones, Verde Valey, Arizona) recommendations, we started looking for the nearest Ford dealership and were happy to find one in Stillwater, OK (BillKnight Ford dealership). It was Friday evening and we had no hope of getting services the next morning (Saturday). To our surprise, our service request was accepted and at 8:30 Saturday morning, we were at the dealership. We were greeted by Mr. Derick Ezell (service department manager) who quickly organized the process. The service (oil/filter change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection) was just excellent. We were particularly impressed by the technical advancements at this dealership: we got the video of repairs/inspections, the request for services was accepted by AI, documentation was prepared in a second, etc. We are sincerely grateful to the staff at BillKnight dealership and consider this place as an exemplary automotive service provider (and we saw many, trust us!).

Had my truck in to get a/c repaired they check it and said they repaired it. Picked up truck and is still doing the same thing it was when I took it in for repair.

I was looking for a new truck and found one on Autotrader at Bill Knight Ford. Jeff was great to work with. I drove 3 hours to get this truck. He never pushed me beyond what I was comfortable with and made the car buying process easy. Our finance manager was also very good to deal with. They had the truck ready for me when I arrived, and after a quick test drive, I was on my way home with a new truck.
