I had the best experience with Nolan at the service center. While on my way there for an oil change I found out that my brake light went out and I needed some other routine maintenance. Nolan managed to take care of everything and kept me updated through the whole process. He truly went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Scheduled an appointment to have a sensor replaced. Told them I had to drive 1 1/2 hours for the appointment that I would need a loaner vehicle. I arrived 30 minutes early and was told they didn’t have a loaner vehicle. I was told the repair shouldn’t take long though. Come to find out they didn’t even have the part that I had scheduled the repair for. The part is on back order. I would suggest having a vehicle for a customer when one is promised, I would also suggest have the parts the customer is scheduling the repair for. Total waist of 1/2 my day with the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Called to talk to the service manager and it goes straight to voicemail.

My experience could not have been better. Cameron and Rowdy made us feel like family. They’re outstanding young men and their product knowledge is impressive. I will be back to buy my next vehicle.

These guys will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. They were double the price as a dealership 30min away. Took the truck to be fixed and I had already told them what was broke. I was charged a diagnoses fee for something that I already told them was wrong and needed replaced. They wanted $300 more for the part than the other dealership. They refused to put the diag fee towards service repairs as any other shop would have. They also took the liberty to do all the recalls without my permission. This took an extra 3hrs just so they could make money for those repairs. So they used my truck without my permission and still charged me a diag fee and wanted over priced labor and parts!
I highly recommend shopping around before taking your vehicle to Barry Sanders.

I had great service however the person I was buying my truck from and that I made a deal with was no longer employed there when I came to sign paperwork the day after test driving. No notes were in the system with the pricing we had spoken about. I got my truck for a great price but didn’t get the oil changes that were promised at the test drive.

Service department is by far the worst I have ever experienced! They do not know what they're doing nor do they want to help you properly. Their diagnosis and explanations are ridiculous and they have no merit. Make a U-turn do not go there you will not come out victorious with anything
