Extremely disappointed and let down by an incident that happened after being a regular with 3 dogs here for over 5 years. My samoyed had an infected ear that I attempted to have treated here twice. The second time of treatment, instead of making it right for not successfully treating her the first time, they charged me over $190 to tell me they didnt find any harmful bacteria in her ear and to put an ointment in her ear that didnt dry up and stayed sticky and oozing out of her ear for a month. They said it would clear up after that. It did not clear up. Her ear is still oozing and scabbing up. This vet clinic apparently not only does not know how to treat an ear infection but also will not have any intention of making it right for customers who have been coming here for a long time when they are unsuccessful in treating an ear infection over and over and rip the customer off without telling them what the initial cost will be. I asked them to make it right over the phone and they said all they would do was offer me another appointment. No refund, no free service to make it right. I will not be taking my dogs here again. Response to reply: No you did not discuss anything with me about an allergy. That is a lie. And I waited to call back because I was allowing time to heal and why would I want to return when you failed to treat her the first 2 times and ripped me off? Your practices are dishonest and you are unable to take responsibility for your shortcomings which is a huge problem and why you will continue to lose business and people will begin to catch on from reading these reviews because in all of your responses to negative reviews you are always right in your own eyes.

This is a great place to take your pets. They are patient and make sure I know what to do at home for my cat. All that I have met are courteous and professional.

I love Baker! They are always very polite. Their staff is very knowledgeable and willing to get the correct answer if they don't know it themselves. Health and well-being of my pets is never in question here, as well as giving me all the options so I can make the best choices for the situation. They take great care of my kids and I!

Dr Swanson provided a chiropractic adjustment for my cat. Now I realize she’s been in pain for a long time. Kitty loved her pain relief and began rubbing on her face on the dr and the vet tech assistants in the room almost instantly. Cat was able to jump from the floor to the bed for the first time in her year long life after one adjustment . Words or reviews can’t sufficiently express my gratitude.
