“This shop went above and beyond my wildest expectations! I was having issues with Allstate for months before I met with the shop employees, and they kindly educated me on my claimant rights. I would have been lost without their help and knowledge pertaining to how insurance is supposed to work because allstate has literally been lying to me. Not only was their customer service up front amazing, but my car looks amazing after they fixed it. They even cleaned it out for me and she was as pretty as the day I got her. The dealership referred me to them and I am so glad they did!”

“Our daughter is an out-of-state student at OSU. Her diesel pickup would't start during the recent arctic blast. The tow company (Northstar) was tremendous, and they recommended Mark at Glenn's Automotive and Repair. Mark is great to work with. We talked on the phone a couple of times, he texted me pics of repairs needed, gave me a reasonable estimate/recommendation, and he squeezed the truck into his already-scheduled work. By the end of the week, he had the truck repaired, texted me photos of the repairs, and had my daughter back on the road. Mark was a pleasure to work with, and did a great job.”

“I'm pretty new to the area and I needed some suspension work and EGR valve replacement on my old Ranger, went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Edmond and they quoted me over 2700 in repairs and pretty much told me my truck was junk. Well, I looked around for a bit and found Shorts, called and they wrote me up a quote for less than half what CBA wanted. Dropped my truck off and had it back in just a couple days with steering that felt brand new. They even pointed out some shops in town that would do an alignment for me. And the other day my truck died on the side of the road, it was near 7 starting to get dark and I called on a whim asking if I could have my truck towed to the shop for repair. Even though it was after hours the lady picked up the phone nice as ever saying it was no problem and Donnie could check it out on my appointment I had for the 21st. And now here I am on the 22nd back with my truck running like a champ! Really couldn't be happier with these guys and I plan on going back for a tune up soon as I save up the money. If you've got an old ford, or pretty much anything, Donnie can fix it up right and you ain't gonna have to worry about breaking the bank either”

“I was driving through Oklahoma today (9/3/2024) on my way back to Dallas. I had noticed my tire had only 10 pounds in it when I left that morning. I put air in it, but I stopped at the first tire shop that I found open.
I am happy that I stopped here. The staff was very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions and checked my tire for me. They had me back on the road for the rest of my 260 miles with no issues. I arrived home safe. Thank you for being the friendly tire shop that I found this morning. I have already recommended you to my sister who lives in Enid for the next time she needs tires.”
