“My wife and I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Highlander from Wilson Chevy. After several months of looking, test driving, and going through the process with numerous dealers in the Tulsa-area, we came across this Highlander at Wilson at a competitive price.
The difference between our experience at Wilson and other dealers was night and day. Mainly because of the great customer service from our salesman Jake Sorensen.
- Jake was the opposite of pushy and kept his distance but was also very accommodating.
- He let us test drive the vehicle independently.
- He went to bat for us to make sure we got the best deal possible.
- He was very responsive to calls/texts, even on his day off.
- He went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests.
Once we decided to buy the Highlander the process was very smooth and straightforward. I was expecting to spend most of my afternoon at Wilson, but I was in and out in about an hour (which included all the financing paperwork).

“Hands down best experience buying a car! Our salesman, Jeff Hubert, was the absolute best to work with! He answered all my annoying questions over the phone, sent pics when we asked and then still rolled out the red carpet when we showed up! Jeff stayed late to make sure we were 100% satisfied! We were able to work with Jeff and Cade Greenfield in the financing department prior to showing up to the dealership getting everything worked out, making our total time in the dealership under 45 mins!! “I'm pretty new to the area and I needed some suspension work and EGR valve replacement on my old Ranger, went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Edmond and they quoted me over 2700 in repairs and pretty much told me my truck was junk. Well, I looked around for a bit and found Shorts, called and they wrote me up a quote for less than half what CBA wanted. Dropped my truck off and had it back in just a couple days with steering that felt brand new. They even pointed out some shops in town that would do an alignment for me. And the other day my truck died on the side of the road, it was near 7 starting to get dark and I called on a whim asking if I could have my truck towed to the shop for repair. Even though it was after hours the lady picked up the phone nice as ever saying it was no problem and Donnie could check it out on my appointment I had for the 21st. And now here I am on the 22nd back with my truck running like a champ! Really couldn't be happier with these guys and I plan on going back for a tune up soon as I save up the money. If you've got an old ford, or pretty much anything, Donnie can fix it up right and you ain't gonna have to worry about breaking the bank either”
