Our family has had cell phone service with AT&T for around 25 years. I went to this AT&T store to inquire about an upgrade for my phone. Before we even got to the point of discussing what kind of phone I might want, the young man helping me asked for my driver's license so he could scan it. I politely objected. He said scanning is required on post paid items or words to that affect. We hadn't discussed payment. I told him there was too much scanning of driver's licenses going on these days, and it didn't seem right. I told him I would hold of on the phone and that I knew he was just doing what is required. As I got to the door for no apparent reason he said, you should stop by Chick-fil-A for some chicken. Make of that what you will, but I believe it was ridiculing my age and opposition to having my driver's license scanned. It told him I actually like Rasing Caine's chicken better, but both are good. I wonder what AT&T does when new customers don't have a driver's license or any proper ID.

Avoid AT&T at all cost. Caught them committing fraud on three people. Saying people had to get new phones after they put blank Sim cards in their phones. Found out AT&T was sending most of my calls through wifi at my house so I was hardly ever uses their coverage. Total waste of money.

We went to AT& T to get my wife a phone we were using boost mobile ...I wanted to keep my # & phone boost gave us the wrong port # then said it would be 24 hours before the phone would work come to find out 5 people later that on boosts side of the phone they gave us the wrong port # then they didn't unlock my phone this ordeal from boosts side took 7 hours total time and 24 hour wait At&T fixed the problem and did all the hard work to get to the bottom of the problems and got them fixed even tho boost was giving us the run around and making the transfer harder than it should be thank the Lord for AT&T the got it fixed and we were glad and happy with our professional experience with them!!! Thanks guys grateful for all of your hard work....!!

I truly recommend this AT&T store! The managers are really nice and helpful. The store is not crowded and we got really good deals for our home internet, phones and watches. Isaiah was the person who helped us and he was amazing, really good taste in music as well (we were listening his playlist meanwhile he set up our phones). I cannot say enough, the experience was terrific!

I had the most amazing experience at AT&T all thanks to Aj! My husband & I were stuck in a bad situation with Boost Mobile. They have the worst customer service & service in general. Which is why I wanted to go back to AT&T. It took 2 day's & Aj being amazing with everything, but we finally got everything lined out. I'm so happy to be a customer of AT&T! Thank you Aj, for having the patience of a Saint!

Isaiah is a real good employee. He helped us get set up with new service after a sticky situation with our ex roommate. He’s real nice and personable. Definitely go see him to get set up, this service is really great.

Came in to set up a new internet plan, was in and out quickly and with ease thanks to Isaiah. Everything was explained well, and nothing felt forced on me or my partner during our sale with him. Highly recommend this location.

We have been in the store on West 6th Ave in Stillwater two times now and Dillon has helped us both times. He is professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and helped us make a decision we are completely comfortable with. He explained the trade in program and helped us make the right choice. A+ all the way!!

The other store across town doesn’t compare to the friendliness of this store. I feel like they took the time to actually understand my issue and didn’t just rush me out the door. They all are 10/10.

Always the most helpfull staff. More than the other store. Never had a wait. They don't mind mind doing customer service while the store on Hall of Fame doesn't want to talk to you unless you want to upgrade or get a new phone.
