I waited there for 3 hours to try and upgrade my phone and after doing everything properly we had to call the fraud department and they denied our request. and I left for a trip the next morning and really needed a new phone with better battery. Rep was good other than pushing to change my plan. Terrible system for authorized users and verification policy's. I will seriously consider switch carriers due to how they treat long time customers and their employees as well. Really disappointing!

Kema was a delight to work with. The individual customer service at this store is amazing but that quality service seems to come at the cost of initial wait times for walk in customers. Perhaps consider marketing the appointment making option to make more people aware of the benefit to a prescheduled vist.

Kenny was our assistant and his is very knowledgeable and his customer service is outstanding. I will definitely use this store because of Kenny vs. my hometown store. With an employees like Kenny the drive to Stillwater is worth it.

Extremely rude service. Took my mother in law in for help with her phone that they set up the day before and they were short, acted put out, and not helpful.

The employee was trying to convince us to buy the same phone and being rude about it... we been with AT&T for years and never experienced this until now.. I wasn't very happy that they didn't sign us in the employee that standing at the door post to sign you in and not help you with sells with a disgusting attitude giving my mother the disrespect.. we'll not coming back to this store. We'll be going to A different AT&T store for now on.
