Dylan is the flipping bomb and he is the best in the business when it come to his knowledge of the sacred phones we all cherish so much, he helped me find the problem with mine in less than 5 mins, and tech support couldn't even figure it out for 10 days. Oh AT&T YOU NEED TO GIVE HIM A RAISE! AND FIRE HALF THE OVER SEAS STAFF CAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

Everytime I go there the employees are always fast and helpful. The only AT&T store I don't have to wait 2 hours for help.

I purchaseed a new phone for my daughter in College and had it shipped to her. AT&T said she could take her old phone into the store in Stillwater to get the trade in credit. They wouldn't help her and told her to ship it back to the store in Texas. And they said they knew how to do the trade in. Thats just laziness and a terrible experience for a new customer who just switched from Verizon. Wouldn't recommend them!

I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years. I had brief moments of trying other services, only to be extremely disappointed. They definitely set the bar high. With plans that are hard to beat and helpful customer service, I see no reason to switch. My only reason for not giving this location (and the company in general) 5 stars, comes from the recent change with making appointments. While that is great for many, a lot of times I have an issue that is a quick resolve. Without making appointments I have found myself waiting well over an HOUR for a solution that is less than 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or something else, but it's DEFINITELY a customer annoyance.
