I had to board our fur babies for 10days. I was really nervous about it since I had never done boarded them before. It was so nice getting text updates and daily pictures uploaded on their FB page. It really helped ease my mind and heart. I will for sure take my babies back the next they need boarding. Thank you Alice’s Ark for taking such great care of Oakley and Lilly!

Had our large dog stay for a few nights and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, asked about my preferences for our dog. When I picked up our dog after the trip, she was happy and liked the staff.

Took covid seriously. Also from the pictures they posted to facebook of our dogs you can tell they care.*Update 10/13/2021Still continue to provide great service. They were very accommodating when things came up for us to still be able to drop our dogs off. They also posted a little montage of our dog in the ways she has grown up and it was adorable. Highly recommend.

Really a great place. I send both my dogs here for boarding and one regularly for daycare (she is a puppy and outruns our older dog and needs the outlet). Place smells clean when you come in (instead of urine) and the owners clearly care about the dogs. They have an adorable facebook presence and post great pictures/stories about our dogs when they stay over. Highly recommend.

My doggie came home so happy to see us and he was clean! He is white so clean is a good thing, no fleas or anything. The staff is very professional and friendly ? wonderful would definitely use them again

Very unfriendly, needs to work on customer service skills if your going to own a business that involves dealing with people. My dog has stayed with different boarders in the past and seems extremely stressed when I picked her up this time. I understand everyone has different experiences, but this was mine. I’m just trying to help others who are thinking about leaving their fur babies here.
