Good experience. Nice furniture and delivery. But very double standard will tell you and do one thing for you on one item but then do the total opposite for another item to me that's a double standard and very unprofessional very am pleasing. Something I was very unhappy to deal with. Overall decent company I like running from them just wish everyone was on the same page and "policies" didn't change just randomly.

This store had so few of items that I don't understand how they kept their doors open. Everything we were looking for was used and told us they didn't know when they would get any knew items. One star was one star too many. I'm sure other franchise stores are better than this one in Stillwater.

I would never go to this Aaron's store my boyfriend bought a computer from them and it broke and they don't want to fix it replace it and they lied about everything they asked them and every time they send it to service either gets misplaced or they reinstall the windows program and it don't work and they keep doing the same thing and the computer is still broke I would never buy anything from them

Would give zero stars if it were possible. This store was good in the beginning but just a couple days ago they broke into my house (I have proof) and not only took the tv and switch I was buying but also took my muscle relaxer hot spot box and all my switch games and case and that’s just I have found missing so far. Please don’t go there

The one in charge, the day I and my wife were there to pick up an order needs his people skills sharpened up quite a bit. I am happy with the delivery guys though, keep up the great work guys.

Don’t go there! It’s the worst rent place you can go to! They’re hidden charges and horrible customer service! Called every week asking for payments when it was on a direct withdraw! They showed up asking for money showed them that it was paid got an attitude and sped off in a residential neighborhood! Will never use them again and telling all of my friends to stay away!

This Aaron’s store was great in the beginning, my husband and I bought a washer and dryer set from them towards late 2021 and paid in off in full in and early, in early part 2022. No issues then. Returning customer and getting another washer I’ve had nothing but issues from this store mainly Brandon a manager(??), so much that I’ve just returned the washer. Even returning it has been NOTHING but a nightmare. That is why they’re only getting a 2 star rating. They were good at first but very very terrible at the end.

My mother passed away the beginning of August, leaving her account open and still active with merchandise. I also have an open account with a different purchase. Larry , was more than willing and went above and beyond to fix and get accounts current , even walked out with new merch today. Couldn't ask for better experience

Our ice maker quick working a month ago. I called Aarons and told them it stopped working and they said they would order a new ice maker without anyone even checking to see what the issue was. They said they ordered it and said it would here in 2 weeks. I have called twice and told it still hadn't come in. Mean while we are paying for a refrigerator that doesn't do what we paid for it to do. When i call in to check it takes 5 minutes for them to even find the order. Makes me wonder if it is even ordered. I can get one on Amazon which will come in within the week. Why? Unacceptable customer service.0 rating would be more accurate

When you go here you we'll have a wonderful experience..Ask for ZACH AND LARRY they are amazing ?? ? only people I well deal with have gotten a bedroom set, couch and loveseat now I'm getting a sectional absolutely no problems they are the stuff..... definitely a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ store.
