Always get a great oil change and usually pretty quick. Very professional with whatever they do. Also use them for my tire replacement.

This is gonna be a long post...today has literally went from desperation to being highly blessed...so I had a bad front driver side tire that was bubbling as you drove it far...I had another tire just needed em to swapped out...ez peezy right? Not so much...the store manager I am guessing at panther oil and tire comes and tells me that whomever put the tire on over tightened the lugs n they were rounding off n they needed to chisel some off so it was gonna be a few...like another hr.....ok...thirty mins later they told me one broke and they couldn't get it off ...so I took the truck to Williams Chevrolet...wish I could tag them as well...well they take it back n another thirty mins...they come out and say they broke four tools trying to get it off...that now my truck needed to be drilled on the studs to remove the tire...what...now get this at a price of almost $200 per hr n didn't know how long to get tire off ...now as a single Mom I had no way to pay that...so felling desperate among other feelings I pull the truck into Main St garage here in Stigler... J.C. Richardson listens to what has happened n said no way...and jumped up as well as his guy Bill...wish I could tag him as well...n look at my truck...ok on my truck I have like these thin caps...wish i knew what they were called ... But this is the thing they have to be hand removed with like not an impact... They literally took a socket n ratchet n took the other lugs off perfectly...Panther Oil and Tire used an impact n rounded my lugs to the point that a stud had to be drilled out just to get tire off...then J.C. Richardson hooks me up with a set for a great price... Feeling blessed is beyond words... I literally sat in my truck when I picked it up n balled... My vehicle will not ever be at either place besides Main St garage...even if I have to wait forever... Not only did J.C. Richardson and Bill jump on it quickly...they did a hard honest job n highly blessed me with a honest price...to say thank you to them just doesn't seem enough... If you need anything on your vehicle done go see these guys... They will do ya right... Good honest people ?

I have used Hayden for tires as well as oil changes! He has always taken care of anything I needed and has always done a good job. He is a good guy people just can't take someone opinionated and sticks up for himself and his buisness. As for the comments about him and workers. I stand beside him in his decision to not hire people on drugs he runs a buisness that handles people's vehicles and insurance doesn't cover stupidity or tweakers. Any buisness owner is going to protect what they own point blank.

This was my first time at this business. It was obvious owner was short-handed and did not feel well at all. Myself and the customer in line before me bowed out, hoping he would go home and take care of himself. He was very apologetic, and I will definitely go back. I hope he feels well soon.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Always hiring because the owner can't keep anyone. Has an attitude that costs him business and employees. There's cheaper places to have work done by people who are alot better. I wouldn't go here if all of my tires were blown out.

Owner is arrogant and unprofessional. does not have a good attitude. he made a rude remark to my grandpa and I’ve heard stories about him being rude to other people as well me and my family no longer use him.

Owner is rude, disrespectful, and discriminates. Heard multiple stories of him cussing out customers in the parking lot, and turning people away hatefully. If you want a good tire shop in stigler, go see Buchanan’s or brays in whitefield.
