I haven't gotten any mail in months. I went to address the issue. All I was told was they don't know. My bills keeps sent sent back to the clerks office. I'm expecting a title to my truck and other important paperwork, But most likely I'm gonna have to file for a lost title because they won't deliver my mail!! Every person that works there as of 8/13/24 needs to be fired!

Mailbox is always left open by the carrier, things are often delivered LATE. My sons social security card arrived soaked AND OPEN.

The most ridiculous post office I've ever dealt with in my life . The new post master is very rude and entitled . Want to accuse you of being irrate after he calls you a liar when you know very good and well no lies are being told . Facts are facts . Whoever hires should do better next time I can think of at least 2 other employees that have worked here that would've made a MUCH better post master than the one we now have ! Terrible customer service skills

The postal carrier is always putting my neighbors mail in my box. They need better training. Spiro post office needs a investigation done on them. They need to fire Connie and Dianne. Spiro post office needs new leadership.

Staff has always been helpful, friendly, and professional during every visit to pick up mail/packages They ensure all needs/services are met with their customers before they head out the door.

The postmaster and the clerk are rude and condescending. I no longer get my mail at this post office. I closed out my box here. They keep messing with people's mail. Plus the postmaster tried to overcharge my mom for a package. I had to rent a post office box in another town, so I would get my mail and my packages. Spiro post office employees are unprofessional and lacking efficiency. I will never use the services of the Spiro post office again and never trust their employees.

So I had mail needed to be sent out and the mailman did not pick them up! This has been one of many mistakes he has made. Ive also had to put the correct mail in my other neighbors mailboxes that he just put in ours! I don't know if he's just lazy or don't know how to do his job! Thinking that we need a new mailman!

Our carrier is efficient and friendly. Staff at Post Office in Spiro are courteous and helpful. Hours are sometimes inconvenient, but if you know the hours, then you can work adjust your schedule.

Never picks up the letters that I need to send out, unless there's mail being put in. Annoying. My letters hardly ever go out the same day they are put out, usually like 2 days later she FINALLY picks it up.

Not friendly . Hours of operation not customer friendly. Route drivers routinely damage customer mailboxes. Claim they are not responsible. They are inattentive drivers damaging others property.
