The absolute best! Dr.Carver is great and the reception/tech Kelly is fantastic too! If they were closer we would definitely use their services more often! They took great care of our Frenchie when he broke his leg & you cannot even tell now!

My ex was in a gowl at work in my animals and hes been done it for maybe at least 10 years. My wife even longer in the map and we won't trust anybody else with our anim. Also he's just a great vet and he's Hired another vet and she's as good as he is

I have brought my dogs here for the past year and the kindness and care my dogs have been shown as well as friendliness and professionalism is as you'd hope to receive. I have used a few of other Fort Smith vets over the past decade and a half as I do live in Fort Smith, but SVC far surpass the experiences I've had with previous offices and it's worth the little drive for the service. Good folks, good doctor and staff. Very kind people from my experience.

UPDATE: I can't exExcellent with small animals! We had to have our guinea pig put down and she was so kind and considerate. She explained all our options and then gave her expert advice on what our most humane way of handling the situation was. She didn't rush my final decision and she was so compassionate and caring when it came to the exam and the actual procedure. I can't tell you how much this meant to me during this horrible time. Even though it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do if it's possible to have made this easier she definitely did.
