601 W. Broadway. Spiro OK. 2/23/22 around 9:45pm. Young black girl attending the store was quite rude. No greeting or eye contact when I entered, nor when I approached the register. When she handed me my change, I said \\\"thank you\\\" but still, no response and no eye contact. I happen to be highly skilled in the art of customer service and I can tell you for sure, this young woman is an absolute 0/10. These kids today just don't care about anything but their phones and their social status. Exceptional customer service is a thing of the past. Very disappointed with management decisions of my local E-Z Mart.
