The rural carrier that’s supposed to deliver by my house only delivers when ever he or she feels like delivering sometimes I don’t get my mail until a month later and everytime I want to go talk to the postmaster about it’s the office is closed

My package was scheduled for delivery, and did not require a signature, but it was taken back, and then kept from me for 3 days since they close early on Saturday, and Sunday they are closed.

Very rude, poor customer service, negligent , doesn’t pay attention and put your mail 2 miles down in others mail box .. all around poor service.. someone should look into why they have a poor review.. only 2 stars very unacceptable

My mail arrives anywhere from 9am (Friday and Saturday mostly) to 5:30pm (Monday thru Thursday). I went to the office and spoke with them about this. They asked for my address and said oh that's so and so he's our late carrier. He always comes in late.... what??? You're just letting it slide?? Yes if anything needs signed for they just drop off a notice in the box. I've seen it myself. He do not come to the door and try to deliver it. Occasionally there is a female who will run the route and she's seems to be awesome! I wish I could have and keep a job where I can basically show up when ever I feel like it. The ladies in the post office are helpful courteous and friendly.

I don't know why they can't read an address. I'm tired of hunting my mail down! They are constantly delivering it to the wrong address or just not delivering my mail at all! Wish I could give them a ZERO star review!

Both carriers and office staff are friendly, professional, and will go through great lengths to provide great service. I have lived here for many, many years and receive mail via mail box and post office box. Are they perfect? Of course not! However, I find no systemic issues. Hats off to Spencer, OK postal services...

Extremely unprofessional mail carrier. Constantly received prior residences mail for 1 full year even though the new mail service card was filled out. Left in the mailbox also approx year. Removed the mailbox because prior residence mail was returned to the mailbox once again for her to return to the POST OFFICE. We are new to Spencer, Oklahoma & have NEVER seen or been treated this way for wanting our own mail instead of others. Also checked mail one day to find a postal card pick up certified mail from post office. I'm ALWAYS home so what happened to her bringing it to the door? Needless to say it was very important & time sensitive.
