“I live in Europe and had to clear my mom's house, so I had to rent a temperature controlled unit. They give a military discount, and was a good value for the money. I know my things will be there when we return with the secure gate to enter AND leave. If I have any problems, the friendly staff resolve them quickly. I priced several units in the area, and I am very pleased I was able to find this place plus I have peace of mind that they will take care of my belongings!

Still renting from them and I am still very pleased! Cynthia and Ronnie answer all my questions in a timely manner, my storage unit is clean and big free, and all items are the same as when we first put them in storage.

“Today I think I walked in on the tail end of what could have been a horrible terrible situation. I walked in the office to ask a few more questions (I have been debating on renting a storage or using a family members garage). I'm not sure what had transpired prior to me walking in but that woman Gale managed to keep her composure while I witnessed 2 grown women threatening and screaming at her. She didn't stoop to their level and she kept good composure. I could not have done that personally. Once the women left she was immediately ready and eager to assist me. That is a very good quality in an employee that you don't see much in the world today.. The facility was clean and she was polite and helpful. I will be renting at clearhome because it takes a special kind of person to be that patient and understanding and still handle business after being badgered and cursed out but the highlight of the situation was that she made sure that those people left the vicinity before walking me out to my car as I'm sure it was obvious that I was a tad nervous. Safekeeping of the establishment. I'm sure things stay safe there as long as she is around. Very attentive and kind. You have a keeper. My friend rented there and now I will be joining because the staff cannot be beat. The price is a good point as well. Thank you Gale for all of your information for my new storage and the truck rental. I look forward to storing with you.”
