“The apartment is nice have not had any problems with apartment. Residents in my bldg are so rude and inconsiderate.Very loud untrained kids that run up and down stairs. Playing on stairs. Management need to enforce rules/consequences.”

“Absolutely wonderful time here. The leasing office was always attentive and ready to help me out. My apartment felt luxurious with its granite kitchen countertop, stainless steel kitchen sink, built-in microwave, large toilet, and bathtub.Most importantly of all, the leasing office was incredibly helpful. They let me change to an apartment with a considerably lower rent amount after my initial application was approved, but before I signed the lease and moved in. My initial move in, which was after hours + after a 9 hour drive, was seamless with the lockbox. When I moved out, I got the maximum amount I could have gotten back from my deposit as well.The location is far away from commercial areas, which means it's safe but slightly inconvenient. But being next to I-240 is nice, and if you work at Tinker this is absolutely the shortest commute you're going to get; not only is it right next to the base but there's barely any traffic on Air Depot.I had only minor nitpicks that I won't deduct rating for: it took 3 separate work orders to fix my AC, sometimes there's quite a lot of dog p*** on the lawns, the closest available parking might be far away (although there's always plenty of it), and the mailboxes are far back corner of the complex.”

“We’ve lived at Steelyard for a few months now and absolutely love it. It was so clean when we moved in. The facilities are kept up so nicely. The staff here is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know you personally and are always happy to see us around the community. They are also always hosting something fun every month. My favorite part is how safe it feels. The buildings and parking garage are very secure yet easily accessible for residents.”

“Mary Ann is such a good manager. We get pest control once a month. When I have a question or concern I call up and if she’s busy she always gets back to me the same day. She’s made me and my boyfriends experience for our first apartment amazing. Maintenance man is always around. Thank you Mary Ann for making this place so great!!”

“Applied and got approved same day for move in...very understandable about my living conditions and listened to everything I had to say.. I have an aunt that lives here so I knew it couldn't be as bad as everyone is saying .. apartment was clean freshly painted and cozy looking.denontaye and her co worker are very nice and willing to work with you if you recommend 200 of your rent ??”

“Wonderful place to live..but typical for apartment living of course you will have inconsiderate neighbors. They could do a lot better with landscaping around the apartments to class it up a little bit and not give off the we don’t care vibe, as well as maintaining the hallways with litter and bugs. And more shaded areas for around the pond for fishing, like add more mature trees to the mix or some more benches with shade covers etc..Parking isn’t too bad as some of the other reviews say. Management is very nice and caring. Maint guys do their best with the man power they have. Cost of rent is fairly competitive. Mostly young couples and military families and college age singles. Fishing in the pond is great mostly perch and catfish catch and release.Updated review at Moveout 9/18/23Great overall apartment complex as I said previously typical apartment rental issues, biggest flaw at this place is paying for the valet trash service such a waste of 25$ every month, they hardly come and pick up your trash and with the slightest threat of rain or weather they cancel pickups. Overall like I said was a pleasure living here for 2 leases and cannot really complain about it much it’s a nice place to live especially if you follow the rules which is not hard to do. Stacy was a great manager as well enjoyed dealing with her whenever it had a issue of any kind. So thank you Landing apartments for being a nice chill place to live!”

“We have rented apartments for our seasonal workers with the manager's (Crystal) help over the past several years. Crystal has always gone the extra mile to help us find apartments even when we thought there was nothing available to fit our needs. She has provided us with excellent service every year.Our workers appreciate the amenities at Windrush - the pool and the workout room especially. They feel safe at Windrush, and the location is close to work and shopping. When we have made service requests for the apartments (and there have not been many), Windrush has responded and resolved the issues quickly. In regards to move out, Crystal has always been more than fair with any move out charges. Our workers have been very happy living at Windrush and have requested to be housed there again in subsequent years.”

“I love living here. We have been here for over 2 years and haven’t had any real issues. The maintenance guys are the best and get things done in a timely manner, while the ladies in the front office (Cindy and Charity) might seem abrasive at first, but are good people and get things done around the property — I also enjoy chatting with them when I drop off the rent. The area I live in is quiet (aside from the planes, of course), my neighbors are nice, and the property is clean. No complaints.”
