I took my new car in due to a low tire. After waiting an hour to get it fixed. They called me and
Told me I had a screw in the tire and it was all fixed. We went out of town and had another low tire. We filled it up and drove back home where we had 2 more flat tires. We took the car to a different shop and they told us there was a screw in the tire and it had not been fixed when I took it to Tate Bros. If this is how they fix tires then go
Somewhere else. They put our life on the line by not repairing the tire the first time.

My wife was actually the one that had our vehicle in for service. She said the services were performed to satisfaction. Was glad mechanic had knowledge with our Land Rover Discovery Sport.

I took my truck in to have it aligned. It has a lift and oversized wheels on it, so it's a little different to align. Shortly after dropping it off, i got a call saying the tierods needed to be ground down and it would be another $150 on top of the $129 alignment cost. I was also advised of a couple other issues, but was told i could address them at a later time and they would go ahead and align my truck best they could. I pick up my truck and pay the $279. On my way home i notice no improvement at all. My truck pulls right so hard it could make a u-turn. When i get home and put it on a lift, i see the tierods have not been removed! So I paid an extra $150 for nothing along with the $129! I had taken my truck to an alignment shop the day before, and they told me they were not set up to align oversized trucks. They did not charge me and i was fine with that. Tateboys should have told me the same. Instead they charged me $279 for work that was not done. I emailed them before leaving this review a week after. Never received a reply, so here it is. $279 for services not rendered.

I really like the service you provided and the friendly knowledgeable employees. It's a plus with an area to wait with drinking water provided. My only thing is the wait to just have a flat fixed is a little long. On this trip I had to have 2 new tires mounted on the rims I provided and a flat on the vehicle I was driving. I arrived about 2:00 pm and left at 5:45 pm. As I live in another town.
