“I had to get the flu vaccine and I've never had one before. I saw that William was the one helping me and it made me nervous since I had read all the reviews. I have to say, he was great. I haven't had a flu vaccine before and I was very anxious about getting a shot. I told William I was very scared and he was very reassuring and I literally didn't know I got the shot. He talked to me the whole time and distracted me and it made me feel more comfortable. He did great.”
