“This would be my second time in that store the past 6 months and every time they took the time and they helped me when I was very very nervous to go up there to change phones or get my phone worked on.
Because I just hate changing phones! 1st time 2 ladies was up there and it was on the day the network went down well somehow mine went on blind mode! Those girls jumped into action! Thank you
Then today went up there been so nervous to get a new phone bc I don't remember password, emails good at all. This guy stood by my side and showed me everything and helped me where I didn't feel nervous to get a new phone. This time was the most easiest experience to get a new phone thank you again ”
