I had such a wonderful experience at Zales getting my wedding ring resized. Faustina was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to help me through the process. My ring is over 50 years old and was passed down to me, so it’s very special. She even took the extra step of helping track down specific paperwork I didn’t have with me. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and patient while explaining the details of how they would handle the resizing. I truly felt taken care of, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Over the past 38 + years, I have purchased my wife's promise ring, wedding ring and various anniversary jewelry at Zales.
At the Shawnee Zales I just bought my wife a pearl and diamond necklace for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Athena provided incredible assistance and service with my purchase. I truly appreciated Athena's customer service.

So I've always bought my jewelry at Gordon's jewelry in Shawnee mall...when they were bought out by Zales, no one at the Zales store was able to find my warranty! FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS I HAVE TIRED SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR.
My (expensive to me) bracelet has a clasp i added and a chain for security. Well...the clasp broke but the chain was the only thing holding it together, mind you I've had this on my wrist for YEARS. so in a final attempt to save my bracelet i once again went to see if they could untangle the chain so I could remove and store my bracelet safely. As these 2 young ladies assisted me, I explained the warranty situation and my disappointment. 1 young lady was trying to unravel my chain the other young lady asked me a few details phone #s etc...SHE FOUND 3 WARRANTIES FOR 3 OF MY PIECES ( I have many more pieces that shes working on finding the warranties for me over the weekend) ! I WAS SO HAPPY I CRIED. ! AS THESE WERE GIFTS AND I WAS SURE I Wouldn't BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO WEAR DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR. These ladies need a RAISE they made my year just being kind, listening and then taking action. The whole process was 30 min or so. ❤️A big BIG THANK YOU TO ATHENA Williams and SHELBY MELLINGER❤️ YOU LADIES HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY YOU MADE ME! so now I can have all 3 pieces repaired!! My heart is so happy right now.

Worst customer service ever! I'd love to give a negative 5 stars. I've been coming in every 6 months like I was supposed to for diamond bond checking and all the sudden the kid couldn't find my account and now my warranty is voided. I've never brought the paperwork and never had am issue until today. But his only response was now my warranty is voided! Horrible!

I bought the most gorgeous tanzanite and white sapphire ring... And promptly one of my sapphires fell out. Kylie made sure that my ring was fixed, and then went above and beyond when it happened again less than a week after getting the ring back. She's and the other associates are the reason I keep coming back! Thank you so much, y'all always take the time to help me figure out exactly what I'm wanting and always did things if they go wrong!

Daughter went in to get her earrings maintenances for normal upkeep. Older lady with glasses behind counter was very rude and kept repeating that my daughter needed her paperwork to just have them cleaned and checked. She has always done this by phone number on the account. Lady just kept repeating how my daughter should have paperwork work when she told her they were a gift so she didn’t have the original receipt.

Jewelry is a huge scam! Spend $10,000 on a ring, one month later try to sell it and was offered at most $300. Zales name isn't worth that much money!
