“I only visited their Amazon returns counter, but the store itself looked nice enough & they made my Amazon return surprisingly quick & and easy. I didn't even need to package the items, just hand them over & scan the qr code & they do the rest. Plus, once Amazon knew the items were at a return center, my refund was processed right then instead of having to wait for them to receive it back.”
