I have a valid address that I have received packages for years. The driver decided to mark my address as undeliverable and I'm still going around and around with UPS trying to get a refund due to their incompetence

Always an issue with this place. Never a single problem when having items shipped to my residence with FEDEX, USPS or AMAZON. 5 days in a row they have refused to drop packages off due to rain. USPS, FEDEX and AMAZON have been bringing them all week with no problem. No luck getting ahold of anyone at the facility. Cant even pick them up in person. I can’t believe companies still use them.

Been waiting 3 days for 2 packages to be delivered. They pulled in the driveway today, honked and then drove off without leaving my packages. They took them back to the distribution center in Shawnee. Why? You can’t call and talk to a supervisor either to let anyone know all you can get is a call center ?

I pray to GOD UPS never hired RICHARD CLYMER ever again. As matter of fact he should be charged with animal cruelty slamming something on a dogs head. That man makes me sick. He needs jail time

The UPS customer counter @ 1601 N Tucker in Shawnee is permanently closed. You can no longer ship or drop off @ this location. If you need to ship Staples on Kickapoo or EZ ship on Harrison are the only 2 places left in Shawnee.

The customer service was top notch, she was willing to go the extra mile, sad that at the end of the month wont be able to ship from there anymore.

The drivers and facility staff are always friendly and professional. My issue is with UPS, in general. Whenever Amazon sends any of my packages through UPS, I know, without a doubt, they WILL-be-late. At least 2-3 days. Sometimes, as much as 7-8 days. It has happened every-single-time. Again, this is not a driver issue. This is an issue that leads back up the chain, higher up the chain. Maybe nationally. It’s an issue. A very frustrating one.

I don't even want to get started when it comes to the delivery people. This is by far the only company I have tried and tried to get along with but to make it hard when they lie and they can't seem to ever make a delivery. I want so very much to leave a lot of curse words to describe what they are but it won't get published I'm sure. Avoid ups!!!!!!!!!!

I dropped off a package to be delivered. One day later UPS brings it back to ME. I called the service center and they told me the label had had some kind of chemical spilled on it and couldn't be read. It was clean when I dropped it off (and strangely, no chemical on the package when I got it BACK). The lady said she had opened my package up, gotten an address from inside (which was a lie, because there was no address inside the box) and sent it on to the recipient, who rejected it. This was another lie because UPS's own tracking showed that it had never left Shawnee. I would NEVER EVER USE THE SHAWNEE UPS SERVICE CENTER!!!!

Worst company ever!!!! Main driver on our route tosses packages by the road and damages packages. Made complaint to Shawnee, OK corporate office 6 times on the same driver. Apparently they do NOTHING!!! Your complain will result in a call back then get blocked. Just beware your complaint will go NO WHERE as they don't care about the customer nor your packages.

My expediated (2-day) package of LIVE crickets to feed my reptiles was initially delayed a day, ok, no huge deal, then they were put on a delivery truck at 9:30am and somehow STILL not delivered the next day. I stayed home Friday evening cancelling my plans for the night since i didn't want these live insects to sit in their box an entire extra day and night. It's now Sunday monring and the package is still not delivered or even any longer trackable on their website. This is absurd and unacceptable, the driver who had 12 hours but failed to deliver them Friday should be fired. Live animals should be prioritized!!!! I am fuming mad and my lizards are starving now.

I'm starting to miss packages and the driver with a star under his eye is a liar I was supposed to get my package on the 15th he hands us a package comes back and snatches out of the hand after yelling at it that's not yours this goes to Ada go to track my package and it says that I said to wait at a better time to deliver my package I don't like words being put in my mouth it happens again I will take legal action
