I should have done more research before taking my transmission to this shop. I over paid for inferior work. Had to take it back to supposedly have them warranty their work only to pay even more. So long story short don't take anything you own to these chuckle heads and expect any kind of quality work or warranty for what they will mess up.
You have been warned.
** Update **
After attempting to fix what they messed up a second time...it still isn't right. And the transmission won't pull the car (TH400) for anyone that cares.
I'm telling you now this shop is run by a liar and a thief (Kerry)he will make stuff up to get any money he can out of you. He will break things and make you pay for them....and to top it all off they will steal your gas.
No communication throughout the whole process. Really just a sketchy place that should be shut down for stealing money from people under the disguise of a business.
***Update***
I ended buying a Transmission from FTI (top notch by the way) because the one that Kerry said he personally did was so screwed up it will never be right again. I had it looked at by a reputable shop and parts he charged me for were never changed. I also had to replace the ignition system due to his shops incompetence of understanding how they work. He decided to also replace some of the spark plugs....but not all of them with different plugs than we're in it originally.
I can not stress enough how bad this shop is at working on cars, and how good they are at lying to get money from you.

Couldn't fix car for quoted amount. Held the car for months making excuses. After waiting over two months they asked for $1k more. The car wasn't worth the repairs so I gave it to them. Criminal business practices.

Had a stupid transmission problem. Called several places. Called here, Jim answered phone, told him of problem and he said, "Not a problem, we can get you taken care of tomorrow and back on the road." He quoted me a price that was very reasonable. The only sticker shock was for my CVT fluid! (? I think it was made from gold or diamonds. Not the shops fault, they didn't make it.? ) Everyone I talked to here were very friendly and professional. Anyways, back on the road and the car is running better than ever! I will definitely use them in the future! Thank you Jim and everyone!

Shop tried to kill me with negligence they put a stripped out castle nut on a ball joint even though i brought them all new parts then when i proceeded to try and get compensation for missing Christmas because i was changing a ball joint in a parking lot on Christmas eve at 3 pm due to there misconduct i was treated like an idiot and told many lies about the functions of a simple ball joint the owner said and i quote you dont need a bolt and that i bought the wrong part and had no proof it was their fault and that since i didn't have them fix it while they were closed on Christmas that i cant have my usless labor charge refunded

**PLEASE READ**The folks that review this place must be friends and family. I wish they had taken me to dinner before screwing me over. I had a vehicle there, they couldn’t “find” parts for it. I gave them the car thinking it wasn’t worth it. One month later I see it on the road! You took advantage of a female and a veteran to boot. You know what you did you got a free car out of me.
