I hate to say this about a medical establishment in the town of shawnee but they are by far the most unprofessional we have ever witnessed.!!! It wouldn't be worth mentioning at all but when I found out the same kind of thing were done to other people , it's just unforgivable to treat any patient with utter rudeness just because the manager was proved wrong.. No wonder so many people have had the same kind if experience and very low reviews.

I shouldn't have to call and tell them how to do their job the day my script is due for pickup. They should at least have a list of people's prescriptions that need to be pushed through and taken off the hold list on the day of their pickup. I understand there's a ton of new people but I have been filling here for the past 5 years and I have never had more problems than I do now.

Customer service is horrible. Was told I would receive a text when prescription was ready and did not. They did not return insurance card back to me during process and then told me they would charge me to mail it back.

EXCELLENT pharmacy. Great resource for med information & no one sighs like they don't have time for you. I used so many pharmacies when we lived in OKC. None come close to the overall service of The Clinic Pharmacy. I highly recommend!!
