I would give zero stars if it would allow me to. Issue was the self serve copy machines, we spent close to $1,000 on copies...one machine kept jamming, so they put an out of service sign on it and were then told that if we ran out of paper in the machine that we would be out of luck, because they didn't think they had any more paper. Really? We did run out of paper on the last file we were coping, another staff member was more helpful...and about 20 minutes later we had paper. This could have easily been resolved by staff getting/looking for paper when they knew the machine was low on paper. Obviously the staff working in the print department could careless... due to them not restarting the other machine, we would also have to allow other customers to use the machine we were using in order for faxes to be sent and small print jobs to be done.

Easily one of the worst retail establishments I have ever worked at. The administration shows absolutely no regard for your time or work. They won't respect your efforts to be a diligent worker and will speak to you like a child. Numerous employees have filed numerous HR complaints about the GM, and nothing at all has been done to improve the store's conditions or the environment. Almost all of the POG locations are off. The store hasn't had anything right for months, and the managers won't change it—instead, they're working on freight that we can hardly even properly ship out because all of the tags are missing or incorrect. Whenever you ask for assistance, the response is usually, "I'm coming but it'll be a minute," or GM refuses to wear a headset when asked to do so. Customers continuously chastise us for things that we are powerless to alter since we are always carrying the burden of an inexperienced manager. Over the time of the current GM's employment at Staples, the company has lost employees that they have had for years. decent, devoted, and industrious people who gave everything they did their all. I have witnessed a great deal of amazing people leave because of how awful the current management is. It truly isn't the same store that it used to be, but customers still come in and ask why everything has changed. I truly have no idea how the store is still operating today, as it is steadily collapsing. Corporate doesn't give a damn either. Both I and a great number of people have made many attempts to be heard, but it has never succeeded. Heads up, don't shop here. In any case, the prices increase every few months anyways. Shop at Walmart or really anywhere else that has even the tiniest bit of moral obligation. Save your money. While Staples employs amazing and excellent people, their management is the worst I've ever worked with. How can you expect that they will care about YOU if they can't even treat their employees with dignity? Truly a terrible store and experience.

Watch the bait and switch! Twice we came in and products are posted one price and rang up almost double the price. They will not honor the posted price. If it had just been one item in the spot I would agree, but stacks of the same item is very misleading. I’m done with staples.

DONT USE THIS STORE for ANYTHING! They had every excuse in the book to be basically disrespectful and not do their dang job! I CALLED ahead THEY said they were an ups store …they are NOT !!! All they take us pre labeled items ??NOT what I was told on the phone !!! Absolutely NOT an ups store ! …. I wasted 15 minutes of MY very precious time walking back and forth for NOTHING! Never again will I ever go in a staples store !! Useless lazy and bad attitudes in that store!

This is absolutely the worst Staples in existence. Terrible service and ignorant and rude employees. Don’t shop here - use Walmart or Amazon. This store needs to be shut down or the entire staff including management needs to be replaced.

The Google information for the Shawnee, OK location needs to be updated. Store hours show to be 9am to 6pm Saturday. I saw staff in the store at 9am, but it didn't open until 10am. I watched 8 customers stand outside and wait til 9:15am then leave. We left and came back at 9:55am. I tried calling the store, and was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. The automated phone system said the store hours were 9 to 6 on Saturday. No one answered the phone to explain that the store didn't open until 10am. We could see staff in the store, but they plainly were ignoring anyone who came to the door expecting to get in. We will ONLY be ordering online in the future.
