The old guy “I guess the manager” is very rude, everyone around town knows this to be true, I highly highly urge Sinclair to find a new manager, he’s actually ridicules.

They have the clock set to at least 20 mins to 1:30 the lady in there is rude... Got off work after a long shift just trying to buy a tall boy and my phone said it was was 1:17 am and their clock said 1:31 and wouldn't sell because it was after hours like this isn't right at all

Hello Mr Sinclair, I had to update this. This was for Store #67. I did not want this to be a mistake and credit goes for another Store..Really Nice, Friendly Cashier """Jerry!!!""" Always busy, Very Courteous, Mannered and Very Cute - Supports Oct Breasts Cancer Month with: """pink beard and mustache, pink hat and a pink ink pen."""I'm prolly not the only person who would say this: """Jerry is over worked and under paid. Sinclair AKA; """KWIK STOP,""" Hours until they get some more People hired is: Mon thru Sat 7am-7pm Closed Sundays. Gives Jerry a break. And to top it off, he Loves his Job and the People he meets on a daily basis!!! Thank You Jerry!!! ???? Job Well Done!!!

Very poor customer service. 7/19/23 My wife tried to pay to fill her cup up with ice the old man at the counter said we had to buy their cup and unplugged the machine! It was crazy. everything is over priced. The homeless people hanging around outside were more inviting than the staff. Im Surprised this place is still in business...

Gas pumps shut off at $75 and I used a card. This will not even fill up my truck especially with the higher gas prices.

I went into the store to buy cigarettes all because I was on my phone, which everyone is…. He wouldn’t sell to me saying they are for someone else all because I asked if he had a brand I like. I told him I was actually looking for coupons(I’m from Tulsa not use to most stores not taking camelCoupons but actually I would hav to ask my ride if they would take me somewhere else since he wouldn’t sell to me, he believed it was for the person in the car. So she went inside herself,he out of stubbornness refused to sell. She’s 41, I’m 39. And I would never sell to minors or even indicates his was but he said since I was texting I was clearly buying for a minor. It was rude. I’ve been in plenty of situations where I understood why people would say no it looks like it could be for someone else but they were reasonable

I raised my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. I realize that my bad day was possibly clouding my judgement. The store is very clean and organized. The store has a bunch and of things that I don't have any willpower to not buy.
