I recently visited Shawnee Pit Stop and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Needed something checked on my vehicle and they were more than happy to put it on a lift and take a look. Turned out to be nothing and they didn't charge me to look. Based in that customer service alone, If I had a true issue with my vehicle or needed oil service I would take my vehicles here.

I would’ve given zero stars. Went in for an alignment and was told our ball joints were bad and quoted $1600. At first the guy said the shocks were bad also but when my husband told him he was wrong he came back and said the shocks were good. My husband decided on getting a second opinion since we’re senior citizens. Took it to a reliable mechanic and was told ball joints and everything else was in great shape and just needed alignment due to new tires. We feel that the guy at pit stop tried to scam us. We won’t be back for any more oil changes either!!!!

I generally try to give a place a chance and have used the oil change numerous times. And the mechanic shop several times and have not been overly thrilled by the experience. But yesterday's experience has sealed the deal. After taking my brother's truck in for him while he has knee replacement. For a coolant leak I pick it up and two days later I have to bring it back. And the guy running the desk says oh it has another leak wants me to make an appointment and charge me again for the repair that should have already been done. I will not use them again. Maybe for an oil change but probably not. I am sure you monitor these you can remove my appointment for the 22nd.

Our van was leaking oil. The oil hose had exploded. They replaced the hose and we were in our way. The shop is clean and organized. The mechanics were helpful and communicative. We are thankful for this place.

I had an oil change done an spark plug and a AC the oil change is to tight on oil filter it leaks and won't come off. I on July 3 I call them to get a engine fix there told me I needed a nother engine like used one, and there told . low ball price of $2088.99 I liked if that all go a head and do I know new parts are better. First red flag every e wants $8000.00 for a engine. But next week I get a call say she call me every day, I have no record of that. And she wants 445.45 down in cash or money order. Then her chief said he thinks if don't pay a deposit I going abandon my van and not pay for the repairs. Which I have never done and has AC repair with them. He also use it our policy which I replied it my policy not to give you my experience fancy van and pay you for money . I been here several times and allies seem like there in no hurry to
