Picked up here Friday Feb 22 checked in the night before was told product wasn't ready!! Checked back in at 7 Friday morning and was put into door 745 was loaded on scale and received paperwork!! Read the reviews and was scared I would've been here for 4 to 5 hours to get loaded

Would only leave ZERO STARS if I could but avoid this place at all costs. It’s 1/12/24 and I have been here since 9am and it is now 8pm exactly. I been waiting on product every time I went to check I was told a hour or the staff act confused, product never came my company has now told me to leave. Not to mention this is the load to get me back home to southeast Texas. TRUCKERS DO NOT PICK UP HERE!!!

Absolute garbage. If you are going to have a truck pick up a load, make sure you have the product. Been in a dock for 7 hours waiting on 3 pallets. No restrooms either.

4 plus hours and still waiting to get loaded, they literally have no regard for truckers time. Also they go on breaks every 10 minutes

TRUCKER REVIEW:Directions --You will see a big white sign off Farrall Street that says MAIN TRUCK ENTRANCE (picture). Turn there onto Bell St. Do not try to turn onto Bell from 7th bc the bridge is too low. You will drive almost up to that bridge (from Farrall) and look for a sign that says SCALES pointing to the left (picture). Drive onto the scale and check in. My load was at building 7. The docks were full when I arrived and other trucks were waiting. The shipping office for that building isn't clearly marked. It just says EMPLOYEES ONLY (picture). Ring the bell and provide PU#Took 5 hours the first time I picked up a load. Guy in truck next to me was there 3 hours before me. They are scheduling way more loads than they have the ability to handle, I think. However, on my second trip it was a reasonable 2 hours.There is a restroom near the scale. The scale personnel will provide an accurate ticket, so you won't need to find a CAT. Trucks can spend the night in the large gravel lot, but you will have to endure the hourly "whistle", which is fairly loud.

First arrive and go to scale , than shipping office , fill the form next go to parking lot front building 8 your form give to manager and will give you a dor , if there is not available you must wait

Less than 2 hours from arriving loading and leaving. Turn at the truck entrance sign on to Bell avenue. Follow down and make a left before the low overpass. Park on the scale and go inside to check in. They have a clean out Bay where they clean your trailer for you. The main van loading docks are difficult to get into. Best way is to go into the clean out lot and cross the small railroad track and come back out onto Bell Street and make a right and then back down Bell ave to get to the docks. Otherwise the way you are facing coming back from the scale you will have to Blind side. This applies to the docks right in front of the power station.

Genuinely the worst management I've ever had to work for...favoritism disguised as seniority...weird all over the place management decisions that make no sense...handmedown pos machines, that don't get maintenance till they break down completely....first shift gets special treatment, while 2nd shift does all the work, and 3rd shift is completely useless.....one of those companies that think since the pay is decent, that they can treat you however they want

Slowest place ever checked in at 840am left at 135pm ... 10 or 12 palettes of flour !! Unexceptable don't come here if you can help it
