The salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there 3 times recently, and twice they had to order parts. The parts arrived within a few hours. I was happy and will return again if necessary.

Would have given them a five but prices are simply too high compared to online. But I couldn’t wait for the part to be shipped, so….. staff were professional and the store was quite clean.

Not helpful at all. They checked my battery and alternator and told me my battery was fine and that my alternator was bad. Drove it across the street to AutoZone and bought a new battery and my car works perfect..No alternator issues at all. I will never step foot into OReillys in Shawnee ever again. Will always go to AutoZone across the street from them from now on. They are not professional and were more worried about their door dash than they were concerned about any customer in their store.
