The owner and her daughter are extremely rude every time I visit. That says a lot as I am a frequent shipper due to online selling. The only nice person who works here is the blonde but she isn't there much anymore. I've continued to go over the last year despite poor service because the owners weren't often assisting customers anyway but the final straw was being told I would have to pay for a roll of priority mail tape if I wanted extra tape on my box.
