Was told by customer service to take my phone to the store for a physical check on my power button because the button will not lock or unlock the screen or power the phone on or off but went to the store and was told i would have to buy a new one without any checking it out or even looking at it she acted like i interrupted her free time (i was the only customer in the store) as soon as i can i will change companies i dont like dealing with rude people it just gets my blood pressure up all this after calling the store for an hour with no answer i would recommend another company this one's customer service isn't good at all

The sales lady said she didn't have any promotional phones available. She acted like she had better things to do than wait on me. It was an hour and a half before closing. My phone has basically quit working and this store has rude employees... I am disabled and it is hard for me to drive except to Shawnee. I figure they had the phone because she pulled a phone out for a customer wanting a plan. She didn't even pull my account up to see what I was eligible for. I ask if there were any cheaper plans. She said no. I switched because I was told I'd have good service there. How wrong I was. I am currently looking for another carrier. If I hadn't already paid my bill I would of went elsewhere

I came in yesterday to port 2 lines I at first asked for the girl Victoria that has been working with us but we was told she is no longer with the company by the girl name amy After we found out we was not able to port we asked if we was able to get new numbers we was told no and that we are going to have to do a refund. She did the refund witch was never put back on my card I went to my bank and that said there is no pending refund so now we are without phones due to not having my money returned to get new phones thanks a lot for no help metro and the lady amy was rude to every customer that came in while we was in store.

My wife tried to add another line on Saturday 4/13/24 so she was charged $75 for a SIM card, activation and a month of service but my daughter's phone ended up being locked. My wife asked for a refund because we are not going to pay $1k for another iPhone, but this was met with a refusal. I returned Sunday 4/14/24 at 2:30 pm with my son so we could try to activate his phone but the store was closed and no answer when I tried to call, as well as no closed sign or will return. I understand being closed, because life happens, but when you send someone away after accepting money for nothing, it seems wrong.

When you enter the purchase internet service for our home and everything else told us that we was not qualified for it and everything else because we didn't live in the coverage but when we first went in there they told us that we were approved and that are covered was you know acceptable but then it wasn't we've had nothing but trouble with Metro since we started and we've been there almost 6-7 years maybe longer

Must be nice to roll into work an hour and half late, not apologize to the person who's been waiting for you to open up. Saw no sign she had to clock in. No accountability. "I'll be with you in just a minute" after 75 minutes doesn't really cover it.

I've been setting in front of this store for 15min and nobody has unlocked the door or answered the phone, how are you gonna provide service for customers if you can't answer the phone or open the store when you're supposed to be open.

Today 06/26/2023 I have tried to call this MetroPCS retail store to get info on switching to their service from cricket. They have not answered the phone all day. I have tried to call five different times. So with that said I will definitely not be switching my service to MetroPCS. It's a shame too because I've had cricket for the past six years. I would have been a loyal customer. ✌️
