I didn't even need to package the items, just hand them over & scan the qr code & they do the rest. Plus, once Amazon knew the items were at a return center, my refund was processed right then instead of having to wait for them to receive it back.”

“Absolutely an amazing experience! I haven't wore clothing like this in almost 14 years. Walked in and was greeted and shown around. Tried on a few suits till I found the one I liked. They tailored it to me, had it cleaned and pressed. They even had my tie measured and ready to slip on and wear in the knot I wanted! Will definitely be back.”
