I also liked how he didnt try to down sale us because we typically dont dress up to go out shopping, warmups and tennis shoes he treated us as if we looked like we had a million bucks. Yes, we do have the money to purchase whatever mattress we decide but he never showed any idea preference either way. Thank you Joe!”

“Bought a double recliner loveseat with console. Picked it up boxed. When we were upacking it noticed a visible hole on one of the arms. I called manager Chris at the store and we returned it for the same replacement. Not store fault as it was boxed new.Second one was fine.I thanked Chris for his fine customer service.
