Shady business. Will not be buying units from them in the future.
They do not honor agreements.
Now they even replied to my review trying to publicly pin the issue on me.
What happened was I won an auction and they had me waiting around for almost 3 hours until the guy came and paid it. I made multiple attempts to pay for the unit, and wasn't allowed.
If needed i can post a screenshot of my call logs showing my attempts and the email showing the cancel was 3 hours after the auction ended.

I enjoyed using OVERFLOW GARAGE storage unit. The people that work there are all kind and take care to fix any issues with quick knowledge. The storage units are clean and have easy access. I would definitely use them again and recommend their business.

I’ve used many storage facilities in my life and most are not good. That has NOT been the case here. The customer service has been awesome. They have been so responsive and have resolved my questions and always gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
My units are very very clean and I definitely feel my units are safe and secure.
I’ve priced out many units and this is the lowest rate I’ve been able to find.
